Our local grocery has a fairly good supply of organic fruits, vegetables, chicken, and eggs. The best source of organic groceries will be found at Whole Foods in Austin or San Antonio.

Is I.V. conscious sedation safe?

I.V. conscious sedation is considered the safest of all forms of anesthesia. The patient is able to snooze through the procedure while maintaining his protective reflexes. Blood pressure, heart rhythm, and pulse are monitored throughout the procedure. Drs. Nunnally and Freeman are certified in I.V. conscious sedation and have received extensive training in sedation and advanced cardiac life support.

Will I remember the dental procedure after having conscious sedation?

Rarely does anyone remember the dental procedure. Most patients report I.V. conscious sedation to be their most relaxing and enjoyable dental experience.

Why is it recommended that I stay in Marble Falls the night of surgery?

We urge patients to stay in a nearby hotel so as to enhance the healing process. We believe the vibration of riding in a vehicle for long distances after surgery can be disruptive to the surgical sites.

How soon can I fly after dental surgery?

48 hours is the minimum time restriction before flying.
